Seraphine
The Starry-Eyed Songstress
Born in Piltover to Zaunite parents, Seraphine can hear the souls of others — the world sings to her, and she sings back.
Seraphine Overview
A scaling support-mage who brings AoE heals, shields, poke and one of the longest-range ultimates in the game.
Seraphine is a support-mage hybrid who excels in both the bottom lane as a support and in mid lane as an AP carry. What makes her unique is her Echo passive — every two ability casts, her next ability automatically fires a second time for free, effectively doubling her output at the right moments.
She provides her team with shields and heals via Surround Sound (W), devastating poke with High Note (Q) that deals bonus damage based on missing health, a powerful multi-hit slow-into-root-into-stun tool via Beat Drop (E), and one of the game's most famous ultimates — Encore (R) — a global-scale charm that can chain across every champion it touches, allies included, potentially stretching across the entire map.
She scales exceptionally well into the late game. As an AP support, she reaches her ceiling fastest when her ADC is ahead. As mid lane, she becomes a solo-carry threat post-600 AP. Both roles reward teams that group and fight together, letting her musical buffs empower the entire squad simultaneously.

Stage Presence
Echo: Seraphine's basic ability casts each generate a stack of Echo, stacking up to 2 times. At 2 stacks, the next basic ability cast consumes all stacks to cast an additional time for free after a 0.033s delay. Seraphine gains maximum Echo stacks at game start and upon respawning.
Harmony: Each ability cast grants a Note to Seraphine and nearby allied champions, lasting 6 seconds and stacking up to 4 times per unit. While any Notes are active, Seraphine's next basic attack gains +25 bonus range per Note and fires all Notes at the target, dealing magic damage per Note hit.

High Note
Seraphine projects a pure note that deals magic damage in a target area. Damage is increased based on the target's missing health, reaching maximum bonus damage when the target is below 25% health. This bonus amplification makes Q an exceptional execute tool in the late game.
When Echo-doubled, two Q explosions fire in quick succession — both benefiting from the missing health scaling, creating devastating burst windows on low-health targets.

Surround Sound
Seraphine spurs nearby allied champions in song, granting them a shield and herself decaying movement speed for several seconds. If Seraphine is already shielded when she casts W, the ability upgrades — instead of a fresh shield, it heals nearby allies for a percentage of their missing health after a short delay.
This dual-mode mechanic is central to Seraphine's support pattern: shield yourself with an item proc (e.g. Moonstone Renewer) before casting W to unlock the heal, dramatically amplifying her sustain output. The shield-then-heal combo is Seraphine's highest-value window in a team fight.

Beat Drop
Seraphine unleashes a heavy soundwave dealing magic damage in a line and slowing enemies hit. Enemies that are already slowed are rooted instead. Enemies that are already immobilized (rooted or stunned) are stunned for up to 1.25 seconds.
This escalating CC chain is Seraphine's most powerful tool. The optimal combo: cast E once to slow, then use Echo's doubled cast immediately for a guaranteed root or stun. Works spectacularly in conjunction with any ally CC — Lulu's Whimsy, Lux's Q, or any prior immobilize all trigger Beat Drop's maximum tier.

Encore
Seraphine takes the stage, projecting a captivating force that charms enemies and deals magic damage. Any champions struck — allies included — become part of the performance, extending the range of the ability and granting all allies caught maximum Notes. There is no limit to how many times the wave can extend.
Encore is one of the most unique ultimates in League. Every champion the beam passes through — ally or enemy — becomes an extension point, letting the charm chain across the entire map in a single cast. In organised play, coordinated Seraphine compositions deliberately stack champions in a line to build a chain that reaches across the Rift.

Build & Runes
Two distinct build paths for Support and Mid — choose your role.
Max E first, then Q, then W
Echo tracking is everything. Always know your current stacks. Plan which ability you want to double — usually E for the stun escalation, or R for the extended charm chain.
W unlock: As support, proc a shield on yourself (Moonstone Renewer passive or any external shield) immediately before casting W to trigger the heal mode. This is the single most impactful mechanical skill on Seraphine support.
Encore positioning: Stand behind your frontline in team fights. Your R extends through every ally it hits — the deeper you are, the further it chains. Coordinate with your team to stack linearly for maximum reach.
Laning phase: Q is your primary poke. Use it at max range to chip down the enemy support and ADC. E to slow on bad trades, then back off. Once Echo charges, throw out a doubled Q or E for maximum value.
Lore
From Piltover's streets to the stages of two cities — Seraphine's journey.
Born in Piltover to Zaunite parents, Seraphine grew up between two worlds — the glittering prosperity above and the struggling undercity below. From childhood, she could hear something others couldn't: the souls embedded within hextech crystals. The world sang to her through them, a cacophony of voices, memories and emotions that at first overwhelmed her entirely.
A particular brackern soul within one of the crystals reached out to her — a creature whose species communicated entirely through song. Losing herself in its melody, Seraphine began to understand and channel the power, turning the chaos of a thousand overlapping souls into something beautiful: music that carried the emotions of everyone around her.
She began performing for the sister cities — not as a detached celebrity, but as a conduit for shared feeling. Her music carried the hope of the struggling Zaunite workers and the ambition of Piltover's innovators alike. She became famous not because she sought fame, but because people felt, for the first time, genuinely heard.
Her connection to the K/DA universe (the alternate universe skin line) placed her alongside Ahri, Akali, Evelynn and Kai'Sa — as a rising star breaking into the global music scene. In both the in-game lore and the K/DA universe, she represents the same core idea: that music can bridge impossible distances between people.
In the official League of Legends lore, Seraphine's story is one of reconciliation — using her unique gift to help Piltover and Zaun understand each other. Whether she succeeds is still being written.
